According to a recent announcement from a leading research firm, the global market for Web Real-Time Communications (WebRTC) will continue to grow significantly over the next five years.
The global WebRTC opportunity is expected to reach $14.7 billion, driven by a compounded growth of 41.7 percent from 2019 to 2025. In the United States, WebRTC growth is slightly higher at 46.6 percent growth. According to the study, performed by Research and Markets, significant growth is also expected in both Eastern and Western Europe, Japan and China.
WebRTC enables VoIP service providers to offer calling via their end user’s WebRTC-compatible browser, computer microphone and speakers, and a broadband internet connection – without installing any special software. A web-based softphone serves as the VoIP end point, so calls can be made and received without an IP phone or ATA.
Telinta offers a brandable WebRTC solution which can be used for both inbound and outbound VoIP calling and messaging, prepaid or postpaid. This includes voice mail, a balance indicator and online recharge of a prepaid balance, phone book, call history, and more.
Our brandable multi-language web-based WebRTC solution is fully integrated with Telinta’s robust portfolio of VoIP solutions, so that you and your resellers can offer WebRTC as a stand-alone service, or as part of a bundle of services. For Telinta customers who prefer to offer a brandable software application instead of browser-based WebRTC, we also offer a Desktop Softphone app for both Windows and Mac computers.
